Although we maintain 100% commitment to privacy in everything we do, and it’s our practice to sign strict NDAs with our translators, some might require even more that that.

If your documents are extremely sensitive, we can pseudonymise the source text using our proprietary software before distributing them to our translators. Company names, dates, amounts, even places and regions become just plain identifiers – the freelance translators will never get any of the private information, much less send it to cloud or occasionally share it with a third party. The identifiers remain with the project manager and/or editor at Alpha Translating.

Our solution eliminates unnecessary privacy risks associated with outsourcing sensitive information to an agency working with freelancers.
